About Me
My family and I have proudly called St. Charles home for the past 25 years, during which time we raised three children who graduated from the St. Charles school system. We chose St. Charles specifically for its exceptional educational opportunities and the wide range of amenities the community offers, ensuring our children received a high-quality education and were raised in a supportive and enriching environment.
I have been a Commissioner for the St. Charles Natural Resources Commission (NRC) since 2019 and have had the privilege of serving as co-chair on numerous occasions in the chairperson’s absence. Additionally, I contribute to an NRC ad hoc team in an advisory role for the Dam Task Force. Currently, I serve as Vice President of my Homeowners Association, a position I have held for approximately 10 years. I am a senior executive administrator for a publicly traded global company. My extensive experience working with C-Suite Executives, Attorneys and Board of Directors will seamlessly translate into effectively managing the complexities of city government.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also am a passionate gardener and love spending time outdoors.
Why I Am Running for 2nd Ward Alderperson and Why You Should Vote For Me
I have long aspired to run for Alderperson, but until now, my commitments did not allow me the time to pursue this goal. I am running because I am deeply invested in the well-being of our community and wish to contribute more significantly to the decision-making process. With my dedication, energy, and expertise, I am confident I would be a valuable asset to the St. Charles City Council.
I believe that my opponent does not effectively represent the interests of my Ward or the rest of the residents of St. Charles, as I have received numerous concerns and complaints from residents. Many have expressed dissatisfaction with his leadership and have strongly encouraged me to run for office.
I am deeply committed to promoting accountability and transparency within city government, while also advocating for fiscal responsibility across all areas with efficient and smart spending.
When I make a decision, I follow through without exception. I take a firm stance on issues and will not waver or act inconsistently, unlike my opponent, who has demonstrated a tendency to contradict his stated positions.
